A METSIM® service package offers blocks of hours at tiered rates for model audits, customized training courses, and other consulting needs. The service plans also include the latest versions of METSIM® and technical support.

Service plans include access to latest version of METSIM® for all tier levels, and the use of these hours is flexible: use our team in whatever capacity is required to improve the simulation model or design. Hours can include introductory, advanced, custom or refresher training courses, a model audit, or any other consulting needs.
With a METSIM® service plan, users can save over $100,000 with a purchase of a 3-year service contract (2-year plans also available), reducing the fixed cost of MSI consulting hours for the length of service contract (up to the number of hours specified by tier).
MSI is excited to introduce a Run Time version of METSIM® that allows users to calculate (with edits to DDE criteria) and analyze models. All other model edits will be done by an MSI team member.
